Have a question, found a bug, or need help with your account? There are two ways to reach us:

  • Email — write to us at support@halo.fit and we’ll get back to you.
  • In-app Feedback Board — if you’re signed in, open Profile → Help → Feedback Board to submit a question, report a bug, or request a feature. You can also see the status of issues and vote on ideas.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2–3 business days.

Common Questions

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, choose “Forgot password” and enter your email address. We’ll send you a secure link to set a new password.

How do I export my data?

You can download a complete copy of your data at any time from your account settings. Your export is provided in CSV/ZIP format.

How do I delete my account?

Account deletion is available in your account settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your data from our systems within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

How is my health and financial data protected?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is never sold or used for advertising. Sensitive health information is processed only with your consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

The fastest way is the in-app Feedback Board (Profile → Help → Feedback Board), where you can submit issues and enhancement ideas and track their status. You can also email support@halo.fit.
