We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2–3 business days.
On the sign-in screen, choose “Forgot password” and enter your email address. We’ll send you a secure link to set a new password.
You can download a complete copy of your data at any time from your account settings. Your export is provided in CSV/ZIP format.
Account deletion is available in your account settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your data from our systems within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is never sold or used for advertising. Sensitive health information is processed only with your consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The fastest way is the in-app Feedback Board (Profile → Help → Feedback Board), where you can submit issues and enhancement ideas and track their status. You can also email support@halo.fit.
